Operational Summary

The KDC Solar PFI LLC Project is a 7.96 megawatt DC ground mounted facility located in Peapack, New Jersey that achieved commercial operations in October 2016. The project is fully financed by KDC Solar PFI LLC with a large pharmaceutical company purchasing the kilowatt hour output of the facility through a Power Purchase Agreement. The land that the facility is built on is leased by KDC Solar PFI LLC. The project was built with the help of the Whiting Turner Construction Company and completed with the highest quality.

KDC Solar PFI LLC will generate approximately 10,000,000 kilowatt hours from the facility which makes the facility ~90% net zero. The facility will create green energy and saving and lower the carbon footprint of the building.
