Operational Summary

KDC Solar Middlesex 3 LLC is a 6.317 megawatt DC ground mounted facility that is located in Freehold, New Jersey and achieved commercial operations October 2014. The project is fully financed by KDC Solar Middlesex 3 LLC with CentraState Medical Center purchasing the kilowatt hour output of the facility through a Power Purchase Agreement. The land that the facility is built on is owned by CentraState Hospital and KDC Solar Middlesex 3 LLC has a lease agreement with the owner. The project was built with the help of Torcon, Inc. and is completed with the highest of quality.

The solar facility is expected to generate approximately 8,100,000 kilowatt hours annually which will help to lower the carbon footprint of CentraState Medical Center.

KDC Solar Middlesex 3 LLC is pleased to have closely coordinated and worked with CentraState Medical Center to bring this project to a reality and provide clean, renewable energy at a low cost to help preserve long term jobs in New Jersey for years to come.
